possible turn signal/wiper switch issue

ok so my wife has a restored 84 high sierra and reciently she is having an issue. First, when she tries to hit the wiper spray it kinda squirts like its on a momentary switch except its sparatic and doesn't always come out. Second, sometimes when she puts her left turn signal on the light on the dash stays on solid and from behind there is no turn signal the light goes dark.. in order to signal left we have to keep tapping the lever. The switch does have some play as i believe it is original, does this sound like a switch issue or a relay issue somewhere else? any help would be greattttlllyyy appreciated thx.

Re: possible turn signal/wiper switch issue

It sounds to me you need a new blinked/hazard switch. While you are in the column replace the windshield wiper switch too. You may want to check the rear tail light bulb and ground also.
