Mesquite 1966 C10 - LS3 W/Air Ride

Truck is now complete (did I just say that ) with the following:

Ridetech Air Ride System, LS3 crate engine with added Magnuson Heartbeat Supercharger, T56 Magnum 6 Speed, Vintage Air A/C, IDIDIT Steering Column, Modified Bench Seat, Birdseye Maple Bed, Boss 338 Wheels, and Sunburst Orange Paint.

This motor combination produced 575hp, 531 Torque to the rear wheels on a dyno.

This build went from November 2011 to June 2016, WOW I'm slow, but after you read this thread you will notice how life can get in the way. As most, there is more to this thread than the building of the truck. This was my 3rd classic restoration but my first frame off. It had many challenges and I did many things more than once. This project is starting one year after my Dad passed away, he purchased this truck new in 1966, sold it in 2001, engine was blown shortly after and it sit in a caliche pit until I finally convienced him to sell the truck back to me
