body drop 60-66

any pictures of bodydrop progress? I've only seen maybe one thread ever and it didn't have many pics of BD'd 60-66 progress.

seems like one guy had just lowered the cab mounts a bit then notched the tunnel? wondering how far that will take you and would love to see builds of other peoples body drops.

Re: body drop 60-66

there is about one inch of clearance between the frame and the cab. (maybe a bit more). I have dropped the cab right to the frame, but it isnt much of a drop. if you want more of a drop you need the really cut up the cab to drop it around the frame.

Re: body drop 60-66

I lowered my body mounts 3/4 of an inch. Also bought parts and pieces of Porterbuilt Streetrods bolt on body drop and my pinch weld now holds my frame off of the ground by a 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch. When I remove the pinch weld it will lay rocker! Check out my build thread $500 bucket.
