Any solutions for 67-72 trucks with the round headlights? Perhaps an H3 assembly with HID inserts?

I see it mentioned a lot that Jeep Wrangler round headlights are good replacements for round sealed beams. New Wranglers use a 9008 (H13) bulb.

i installed the 9008 h13 jeep headlights in my 71 direct bolt in haven;t tired them yet but i hope to soon
