Yea I'd still try to do some jewing on the price. As for titles, not really a thing I worry about, I register threw GA and anything prior to 1985 all you need is a bill of sale.

I wish I was back already, I would scoop the 4x4 for sure and possibly the other one just for parts if its too rusted out.
