thanks... i appreciate it. this red it grows on me. i was always a fan of the factory orangish red but this darker red brings out the lines a little more i think and it makes the chrome pop more maybe.

thanks, i really appreciate that. i am proud of the truck. it was a 10 month ordeal involving all of my weekends and evenings. i've got a couple of buddies that helped out a bunch and of course my wife was a big part of the effort. But it was all worth it... the only disappointment is i wish my razorbacks were doing better, oh well.

in a couple of days i will postup some pics of the next project.

Your truck is fantastic. I can't believe you got it done in 10 months. It takes me that long just to think about what to do next. Seeing a finished project gives me motivation to keep on working on mine. Congrats, I can't wait to see your next project.

Re: razorback red... buildup

So, how many of these trucks partials or complete do you have sitting around?
Looks like you are doing what the wife wants me to do when I retire, stock up on as many of these as I can, then restore/rebuild them for sale....

I have to agree with her idea, there are worse things to do with your time after you retire from the military !!

The truck looks amazing. I really like the interior color... And just as you finish the truck, they start winning, coincedence???

alright Clem, when i get the tranny back in the 66, I'm heading down your way to take a look at the ones out back... I did not realize you had such a collection, I really should have come to the shindig at the shop...

See ya soon

i would trade'em all for one of those no rust trucks like our arizona and cali brothers find. the ones around here take most of your time in rust repair.
