Complete Yukon pull out into a 69 k/10?

I talked to the local salvage yard today and they have a 6.0, 4x4 4l80e with its transfer case and all the wires and accessories for $2800, I like the price but wasnt sure if anyone has used that particular transfer case in any of their conversions. I believe it to be a nv246.

My main questions are if anyone is running a similar set up, and if I should use the nv246 or just adapt the 4l80e to the np205?

Transfer case is on the wrong side.....Not to mention the electronics on the 246 will be a pain.

You will need to adapt a passenger side 241 or pay big $$ for adapters for your 205.

That will probably be the easiest, but the adapter is ~$600
