Exhaust with blazer tank and bagged...

Sorry for another exhaust routing question, but I'm getting closer to be able to take my ride to the exhaust shop. I've seen exhausts run over the axle on bagged rides (c-notch only), but I don't recall seeing it done with a blazer tank as well.

I'm sure my exhaust shop will be able to tell me for sure, but I was wondering if anyone has theirs ran all the way back with a similar set up...or am I stuck with dumping it before the rear axle?

By the way, I have shorty headers and the exhaust will be tucked in the frame and through holes in the ta crossmember if that matters.

Thanks!

Re: Exhaust with blazer tank and bagged...

I've seen another thread on this with pix so I'm planning on it being possible to go over the axle and then immediately outside the frame rails on my project. I'm sure others will chime in with actual installations.

Re: Exhaust with blazer tank and bagged...

I will try to get a picture tomorrow. Mine is ran over the axel and out the sides. It has 4-6 drop and a blazer tank. It is pretty tight on mine. But I think it can be done

Re: Exhaust with blazer tank and bagged...

I guess I didn't search very well because I did find this post with a few pics:

They aren't bagged, but you can get an idea of what's needed to go over. I don't think I'm going to be able to go this route after all. I think where I routed all my air lines is going to cut it too close for comfort...looks like pre-axle dump may be my only choice...not looking forward to the drone with the top on...

Re: Exhaust with blazer tank and bagged...

I just went thru this and for the time being I put turn downs before the rear axle. I hate the sound and looks of it but I wanted to drive my truck after putting air ride and four wheel disc.
