Re: LMC truck (rant)

Well I can see both sides here. I placed an order on a Sunday night. Over $500.... Got the order in Tuedsay morning. LMC did a great job. Got all that I ordered. Was packaged up good. A day and a half to pick the parts, package the parts, and call UPS, and have it at my front door. No complaints here. The card had not hard posted to my bank account, and I had my parts.

We will see how the Quality is today......

Re: LMC truck (rant)

i ordered from LMC once and never again.2.5 weeks after ordering and waiting for my rubber seal kit to arrive i get a phone call asking which shipping company i wanted to go with.it took over a week later for them to arrive.a month to get parts is terrible.

Re: LMC truck (rant)

I've ordered stuff many many times and always had the ordered delivered within two or three days. Perhaps the length of time is related to your order being shipped out of country?

Quality not that great from Truck and Car shop. Bought a rubber gas tank grommet, within 3 months it was already cracked and deteriorating. Bought their stainless steel fuel line, looked like a 3rd grader with a tube bender made this one, not even close to original. Bought side markers and the chrome fell off. Bought a "CounterPoint" front bed panel for my stepside and every threaded hole needed to be chased and the metal is so thin I ended up getting it bent as it was being installed...

Will end up buying future stuff from board vendors like WES,...

Re: LMC truck (rant)

I have ordered lots of parts from LMC. I had just a couple of problems with tail lights for my stepper one call and they shipped me another pair no questions asked. And the topper is I ordered $450.00 dollars worth of small parts interior stuff mostly and they shipped a double order to me! I called them up to get a return po and they thanked me for calling and told me to keep it! so I love them. cheers, Pat
