Nothin really got the K5 out Saturday and cruised around with it for a little bit since it was nice out. I love driving that ol truck get looks and comments all the time with it

Seems the mild weather flooded up to/around the garage door freezing it closed
tried chipping ,pulling,heat gun...gave up....milder this week
besides then i'd have to clean it
reinstalled windows on one of the machines,that was a plus lol
sold a fish tank lol with free fish...almost paid for chinese food for Valentines dinner

while truck is torn down for paint i worked on adding courtesy light switches to my rear doors (crew) they were never wired from factory. not sure if anyone else with crew has them or not ? suburbans have them. also pulled the passenger side fuel tank off my 85 gmc parts truck for a friend who needed it..........tons of fun

Funny thing
I found a 79 4X2 jimmy about 2+ hours away in early feb
(actually where i got the 78 Jimmy and the 88 burb in Kingston Ont)
only to wait a week and hear it was sold @$5000
Fwd 2 weeks boom there it is for sale again
fired off an email,"it didn't sell?"
got an email back,he sells cars in Ottawa and took it as a trade in from an older guy
nobody has even looked at it since he bought he just put it back for sale in the paper
he was shocked when i sent him emails from the other owner
but i told him sold, bought it and am going later to get it and get this it's already in Ottawa

Since the wifes fav colour is green I'm gona tell her i bought it for her
wonder if that will work lol
