Re: Bucket seats and console nice
Richard, looks to be between 48" - 50". Its in the bed of my 46 with some things on top of it so kinda hard to get an accurate measurement. If u want me to be exact LMK and tomorrow I will pull it out.
Scott

Re: Bucket seats and console nice
Scott,
I measured between the wells on my 71' and I come up with just a hair over 48" of space. The guy I got the truck from built some wood boxes around the entire wheel tub area so it was a little difficult to get exact. I was hoping ClassicBowtie or someone would chime in and help us both out LOL Richard

Re: Bucket seats and console nice
I probably should have gotten the front seats as well but cash dictates priorities
I stopped by my buddies on the way home and measured up his seat. It is exact in size. Mounting brackets are different but I will either find some or make some Richard

Re: Bucket seats and console nice
Will the front buckets fit in a 72 truck no problem? Any idea how hard it is to find the brackets for this?

Re: Bucket seats and console nice
68 Iron, sorry must have missed ur first post. Went back thru the posting today and saw both of ur requests. I'll work on getting a good box and figure out shipping for u tomorrow.
scott72, yup these r the same shape as 72 seats. Covers r soft, cushions in excellent shape, no rust, etc. If u look back on this thread I think Frank noted that he has the brackets, should give u some idea as to cost and availability. Scott

Re: Bucket seats and console nice
Just to make it clear the bottom seat foam is identical on these compared to 71-72 seats. However, the back foam is different as well as the frames are slightly different on the backs. It'll take some work including foam work to make a set of 71-72 covers fit on these...but it is doable...

Re: Bucket seats and console nice
No, you can use the 69-72 mounts just fine.
