Rust bucket of the month

I know we have the truck of the month, but what about a contest where the winner's truck is not finished or even started? What if said winner had some parts thrown there way from whomever had stuff laying around that they dont need?

68 I purchased last fall. Stepped on the rocker and the whole rocker and cab corner fell off. Also what the frame looked like. Only parts not shot were grille and hood.

Re: Rust bucket of the month

Let's face it, those of us living south and west of Kansas don't realize how lucky we have it compared to our more northern brethren. I'd love to live back with the rest of my family in Ohio and Pennsylvania, but seeing what the winters do to their daily drivers just makes me want to stay here that much more!

That's serious, you better take that truck off the road immediately if not sooner.

Re: Rust bucket of the month

The "Rustmites" have been busy!!!!They must reproduce quickly in the northern states. It's a wonder we don't have another civil war on our hands, not letting our trucks rust like that.

Re: Rust bucket of the month

Here's mine a year and a half ago.

And then now...just got out of paint booth.

Not a rust bucket any more! And my wife doesn't call it "that ugly truck" any longer either!
