Tring to decipher the numbers

I was just cleaning up my frame a little and found the last numbers of my vin stamped on the frame in front of the motor mount on the drivers side. As I was checking those numbers to the glove box I got to wondering what the other numbers meant. I got the VIN figured out and the wheelbase (115) but what do the letters and numbers after that mean. Mine are SE FTO718790
Also Does anybody know what the option codes are and what they look like. Option 537 white/light blue. Does it mean white top and everything else is blue? Also option P01 wheel covers? Does that mean hubcaps?
