Patch for step side fenders does anybody make them

I have a short box step side and the fenders are very rusty and I need some patch panels for them does anybody make them?

Funny...
I went on a search about a week ago and never found anything. I logged on just to start a thread asking this same question.

You'd think they'd be available because these fenders were used from 55-66.

Fortunately, mine are in really good shape, except for a very small area where it mounts to the step.

Not that I have seen. I spliced together two fenders to make one good one. That was a bit Of a chore to do. Though the several hundred dollar savings was worth it to try at least

It really seems at the very least, the lower section should be available. And given the price of patch panels of similar size and location, I wouldn't think they should be anymore than $20-30.

Beings a fender that was used for 11 years has no patch panels available, I figured I'd search the forums for threads where ones have made the patches themselves.
I haven't found any other than the suggestion to get another old junk fender and use portions on it that are good:
