Re: Anyone have links for a stepside LED 3rd tail light?

I took a somewhat different approach and used a pair of Ron Francis Brite Lites for my 3rd brake lights. They only illuminate with the brake circuit – brakes, turn signals, and 4 way flashers. They are approximately two feet higher than the tail lights and directly in the line of site to a following vehicle. To me they look somewhat period correct being similar to 1968 Mopar side markers. Although small and relatively inconspicuous, they are extremely bright when lit up. They are also easy to access for bulb replacement.

My dad hooked up these 45 years ago. I changed them to LED bulbs.
