It looks pretty solid from the photos and description. If paint and upholstery is all it really needs, I'd jump on it for the price he's asking. Low mileage and no smog are a BIG plus. The only downside is feeding a 454 @ $4.00 +/- a gallon.

Since you asked, in SoCal, I see duallys all the time for $1500 - $2500. Those are crew cabs though. Its worth whatever your willing to pay. Personally I would pass on that price.

I'm an extreme 70's dually fan, since its only a single cab, I'd have to say offer 1500-2500 like the others say, if it was crew cab, different story
