Im installing my 350/700r4 back into my 78 c10.

I removed the trans tunnel so far, I will cut the rear for the drive shaft.
Im wondering if anyone else has a 4-5" Z that can tell me What clearance issues I will run into.

Will the HEI distributor clear?

Will the transmission clears?

Anything else?

previous owner though it was necessary.. He was trying to lay out on 26's.

24's. BLF uniball arms. As you can see, its set up to lay 26's. Firewall tubbed for 26's.

I wonder if you will have exhaust issues, like you might have to add length to the headers so they come down low enough to clear the cab floor? also, you may want to pancake your crossmember so you can drop your engine down a little bit.
