I did Then my motor was never the same, it didn't smoke before but it does now and bad worse mistake I made. I have heard people like it but I would never use it again. But it made me start my restore

Directly in to the oil fill, no. Ran it thru my intake and put some in the gasoline in my 79 K5 that had a 400 in it. Made it smoke like a bonfire for 20 minutes or so but then never again. Really smoothed out the idle and just in general made it run a lot better.

i used it on my motorcycle to clean up a lousy idle and it worked there i dont think id throw that in the oil..

I've had good luck using it in oil in older engines to free stuck lifters, loosen varnish, etc. I just add it to oil and let it run for 30 min. or so and then dump and add new oil/filter.

if i was you i would not add it to oil. if you want to use it start the truck and pull a vaccum line and put the hose in the sea foam it will clean intake runners and valves. i may would dump some in the gas but thats it

I also wouldn't put it in the oil... but I've poured it into carbs and fuel tanks and had it really smooth out an engine.
I love it for a rough idle.

I didn't know you could add it to oil, only used it in the fuel, and you need to have a new fuel filter ready when you do use it cause it will plug up in no time. Just my .02
