Towed home a rusty 69 today

Just wanted to share some pics. For a CA truck this thing is rusty! 350, auto, wood bed, plain jane. It has been parked for the last 12 or so years. I'm going to try to get it running. If I don't have any luck, it's getting parted.

Nice tow rig! What rust? That looks like a big money truck compared to what we have here in the rust catagory. I hope you're not talking about the rust creeping out from under the custom/10 emblem. Just kiddin', post some more pics.

Nice score! I dont see any rust, you guys are spoiled What is there a rusty paint chip on the hood or something?

That rear bumper is one hefty beast! Seriously though nice score on that one, looks like a keeper to me!

You cali guys are spoiled,that is a sweet find,it looks as if you could've drove it home.

Here in Pa. that blue&white rusty truck would get some spray foam,duct tape and bondo,then some flat black they would sell it as rust free and ask $2500 for it
