need help picking spark plugs

I need help with the plugs have no clue where to start, heres the info.
350 chevy .030 over with forged manley 4 valve releif pistons, moly rings. speed pro .466 lift cam part no. cs1138r . the heads are 462 fuelie heads that have 2.02 intake and 1.6 exhaust . the intake is a eldebrock rpm performer hei distributor.

I like A/C #5 with a blue printed HEI Vacuum advance, starts real good.

AC R44s if it has flat seats with gaskets or R44ts with tapered seats.

R44's are what I have always used, or R45 if its an older engine, I was told they fire a little hotter to counteract a little oil fouling.
