Front parking light solutions

My front parking light always goes out at some point or when I close hood thus my left blinker doesn't work. Can I just run a ground wire somehow or any other solutions so that a few vibrations doesn't cause it to come loose? I purchased a new plug and it held for while but eventually did same thing. Thx in advance.

Re: Front parking light solutions

I don't know of any way to run a ground wire off a stock connector. I pulled the socket out of mine & pryed the "springs" apart a bit so they hold tighter & also ground the paint off the inside of the housing to make sure I was getting good contact & that seems to have fixed the problem so far.

I also pulled spring apart but still seems to work its way out.
