Stay away from a locker for strictly street. they can be a pain on the street. I ran a detroit locker for 30 years in my 684wheel drive.' They are easier to control with a manual transmission by releaseing the clutch. but they still are kind of unpredictable. The True Track is Tourque sensing and are not violent like the automatic lockers.
for moer common used look for Posi Trac or Pontiac safety Trac. Olds had some odd ball rears. so avoid them unless you know what you are looking for.
