brake question?

I just rebuilt the brakes on my 70 longhorn. upgraded to disc, put a new booster, master cylinder, prop valve. new front hard lines, new rubber lines.
the brakes work fine but are slow to release. when i let off the pedal it takes about a second or two for them to let go. this ever happen to anyone? how`ed you fix it?
