can power steering pump be moved in or out

I am still trying to line up my pulleys.. as you see in the picture... can i move the pump inward 1 groove by using a differant bracket or are all pumps in the same location? If i can move it in then i can get a 3 groove crank pulley and i'm all set..
Please note this truck was just shipped from California and i bet all those pulleys are smog related
