1976 3/4ton 4x4
Am gettting ready to convert my longbed 3/4 ton to a shortbed 3/4 ton. Curious o know if anyone has done this(I am sure they have), and what problems or potential problems I will run into. Also any suggestion of the better year of frame to use. I currently have a 79 frame. Any other thoughts comments would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 1976 3/4ton 4x4
My frame on my 77' Silverado 1 ton was cut before I got it. But I don't think you'll run into very many problems other than you might have to get a shorter drive shaft. Im pretty interested on seeing you do this. Post some pics on here when you start! Happy building!
