Fitting 2.5 exhaust to stock ram's horn

I'm going to use my original 45* angled ramhorns and wanted to see what adaptors you'all are using.
Any ideas and / or links appreciated.
Thanks,
s/t

I'd like to know also. I'm using my original 4x4 straight dumps, and hope to go with 2.5'', but on a Jimmy.

IIRC the straight down rams horns are already 2.5 in?
I found this and think is might solve both our dilemmas.

I know on a buddies truck they went from 2" tube to 3" tube with...... Weld! They must have used half a roll of wire.

The options the muffler shops here aren't far from that!
I'm looking to have a clean transition and hope this will work for me.

Speedway Motors has a decent head pipe set-up w/a 2.5" flange....

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Curious if anyone ended up buying the adapter kits above.

Also, do you use special hardware for attaching the ram horns to the heads or just plain bolts, Grade 8?

Re: Fitting 2.5 exhaust to stock ram's horn

who's doing your exhaust (home build or muffler shop)? I have been working at a Meineke for 24 years, just a guess but I have probably custom bent exhaust for 100 plus 67-72 chevy trucks. All I do is use a 2" reducer after I bend the front pipes, flare it for the donut and press in a piece of 2" to make the donut sleeve. very simple process.
