Exhaust manifolds

Who sells new exhaust manifolds for inline engines? I have found some on ebay and other sites, but they do not have the heat riser. I really don't want to modify my intake with a water heat plate or go with headers, as my exhaust system is fairly new.

Re: Exhaust manifolds

I don't know new.I had one with broken studs and a somewhat eaten up flange at the exhuast pipe.I went to the wrecking yard nd found a decent one.It also had a couple bad studs.I cleaned it up,drilled, worked out the bad studs and replaced them with new and painted with VHT cast iron paint.I didn't find a new "donut saver" and need to.The donut saver is a slightly smaller diameter flanged pipe that fits into the exhuast pipe and has a taper at the top.It helps center the donut and keeps the donut from burning out so esily.Keep yours or get one if you can.

Re: Exhaust manifolds

RockAuto is hit and miss for that part, but they're currently showing 1 left in stock for $159: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...&parttype=5860

I remember finding a couple of other sources for one when I was looking for my little 230, I'll see if I can dig them up and post them.

Hope that helps.

If you google "exhaust donut alignment sleeve" you should be able to come up with some sources for that part. For some reason, the corvette guys seem to be all over the exhaust parts - here are some options to try:

Go to Corvette Central and search for "exhaust donut sleeve"

or try these guys https://www.paragoncorvette.com/c-23...ange-assy.aspx
