Will this DBW work for me?

The pedal assembly is from a 2008 gmc sierra 1500 for $25. The motor is an ly6 from a 2009 the 6l80e from a 2010. Going in a 1972 chevy pickup. the question is will this pedal assembly work for my application? Thanks.

As far as I know....the '07up trucks use the same pedal. My truck is also an LY6....you'll want the "all plastic" pedal and assembly.

07 was the cut over year.... if you have the newer E38 computer, I'm pretty sure there is no TAC module.

Re: Will this DBW work for me?

Gen IV engines do not use a TAC module.

Some help with PCM identification....These PCM do not have transmission functions, So if your running a "E" trans you need a TCM.

EDIT...You have a 6 speed....TCM is in the trans, sorry.
