Re: seat belts

Really should be using seat belts all the time. Old belts should be rewebbed for DD use. Correct reproduction belts are also a good choice. If you are racing and the rules want more than OEM you neeed to start with a rule book. If its for looks Speedway or Pegasus would be good places to start. Now here is a picture to think on. Of the three people in it two were DOA.

Re: seat belts

Heres a related thread from last year...note the warning comment in post #2:

I would think that if you cruise our parts forum, you could find a set of belts for bucket seats and
have them re-webbed unless, as SS Tim mentions, rules require a racing harness.

Re: seat belts

To answer your question, the same seat belts were used for buckets seats as for bench seats. To understand what you are wanting to do or needing to know, you got me on that one . (come buckets? )

I have to wonder how much seat belts would have/ did help in acrashthat involves something ripping the cab open. Don't get me wrong, I am a firm believer in seat belts and they have saved me a few times, even a roll over, but this looks horrendous!
