Also, here is a good picture of how the plug slides onto the senders top.

Didn't make sense to me until some of the stuff Cap said and then looking at the plug that came with my harness...turns out the correct end is already on there.

It looks like it should slide the other way (vertically) onto a flat blade sender. But it slides horizontally over the top of the 'T', like Cap was saying.
