Does anybody know if the engine mounts stayed same style/size from the pickups up to heavy duty trucks? I have 69 GMC 7500 with the 351 and looking for engine mounts.

The rear (bellhousing) mounts on a V-6 pickup with a manual transmission are the same as a medium duty. GMC V-6 medium duty trucks used a single front mount that bolts to the timing cover, not the mounts on either side that bolt to the block that the pickups use.

Do you got pic of the medium duty mounts that bolt to the timing cover?

Greet Job Bob! Here is what I have on the front of a 401M. I have a video that may show what your looking for(engine cushion/mount/front), if i can get it to upload.
The mount for this was a single rectangular almost square piece of rubber.

Also Dave did you notice the rear set-up in the video. Is your similar to this one? I thought the video was fairly comprehensive and useful.

I'll have to compare with I have. I the medium duty manual trany setup on mine too. I'm thinkin its clark or splicer. Dont know if its sm465 since its a medium duty.

I think the rears are the same for most any GM medium duty truck with a gas engine and manual transmission, up into the 80's. That front cushion is going to be tough. It goes between that rectangle part that bolts to the front cover and the chassis crossmember. Just a square block, you might be able to match up a transmission mount from some other vehicle.
