Here's a short video from my cell phone on what my vacuum gauge is reading, it runs good this way but it seems like I'm still lacking power! The only thing left to set is the advanced timing, any input on a quick safe way to set it?

You can't set advance timing very easily that's done by the distributor mechanicle advance
