Transmission help

I have a 350/350 combo that came out of my 69 Sub. I also have a 4L60E transmission that came out of a 2001 Silverado. I talked to to TCI and they sale the brain to operate it for about $700. Early Classic sales a kit called an Overdrive Transmission Conversion Kit. They say that it is everything you need to put an overdrive tranny in your truck without the brain. Has anyone used one of these kits or know enough about transmissions to help me out with this?

Thank you in advance.

In my opinion if you do the 4l60 you may as well go with the LS series engine the wiring harness is around $1200 and it all works together. Just my opinion.

Otherwise I would go 700r4.
