WTB: Edelbrock 1406

If any of the WA board members have a line on a used 1406 please keep me in mind. I have been looking at the boneyards down here, but have not had any luck. Looking to spend between 50 and a 100 bucks. Thanks, Jeff.

Thanks Jock, I'll keep you in mind. I was hoping to get one close and avoid the shipping. Jeff.

Well, jacquesdean isn't going to like this but I have a Carter AFB 9000 series carb also just like the 1406 I rebuilt a few months ago. I got it from oldiron, and it needed a rebuilding so I gave it a serious cleaning, a rebuild kit, new floats, new choke housing and harness. Even new throttle plate screws. I was going to use it, but then my wife surprised me with a brand new 1406 for my birthday.

So, it's freshly rebuilt sitting in my 1406 box in the garage on the shelf. It's ready to go.

$100.00

I have some pics...

Here's the link from last August when I first wanted to sell it. No one ended up giving me a serious reply:

...and here's a pic. I have more.

Cobalt, I'll take the carb. My number is (360) 613-9766. I work today and then have duty tomorrow. I am off all weekend though. Let me know how we can hook up. Shamrock, thanks for looking out, but Cobalt is right around the corner. Thanks, Jeff.
