These "are" big truck horns. The GM accessory brochures were offered at GM dealerships to aid in accessory sales,either to be installed as part of a new vehicle delivery,upfitted by dealers post-purchase,or cash & carry like any other part to be installed elsewhere (or left on a shelf for 40+ years). The brochures covered a sampling of accessories available,including those for medium duty/heavy duty trucks...like those horns.
