Finished Interior Yesterday

Hey guys, just thought I'd share what I got done this weekend. I got this truck a month or so ago, and the shape of the interior was driving me crazy. So I got a new dash, carpet, installed Peel & Seal on the floors, and painted the inside of the cab black from the original white. Original seat was in perfect shape, so I left it alone. I'm 16 and still learning, but it looks good enough for me as a daily driver. Here's some pics

Re: Finished Interior Yesterday

Nice updates. Now clean those wires up under the dash before they cause a problem...

Re: Finished Interior Yesterday

That will be soon, getting a new dash harness so I can switch to gauges and replace the chewed up one thats in there. Those wires on the bottom are just going to the gauges, not sure why the PO routed them on the outside of the dash. Those gauges will be getting replaced with a summit 3 gauge pod too

Bravo. Keep at it. You are doing good work. I'm going to do the peel and seal or the duct wrapping on my floor when I replace the aftermarket seat in my truck for a bench.

Re: Finished Interior Yesterday

I got the carpet from rockauto, it's an ACC kit. I paid $127 shipped. It needed to be trimmed a fair amount but it wasn't too bad. I'd definitely recommend the peel and seal, it made a huge difference in noise in the cab. I got two rolls, and it barely was enough so if you do it go ahead and get three.

Re: Finished Interior Yesterday

Thanks for the comments everyone. Only problem I'm having is the top of the glove box door hits the bottom of the dash now and won't open without a lot of force. Anybody got any idea how to correct that?
