Trimmed the bed to fit over suspension. Here is how it will sit.





Now I have to brace and block things up a bit. Also need to get some tubs for it.

Ordered the wheel tubs from Jeg's, they should be here soon. Meanwhile I boxed the cross beams, and made the edging around the cuts.



Then I will spray some bed liner, and the inside of bed will be done. Not gonna get to much into body work on the inside of bed. The liner covers a lot. I had good luck with Al's liner. It's what I have on my 60, and it's paintable.
Going to start with some of the plumbing next. Brakes lines, fuel lines, and air system.

Got a chance between snow storms and cold weather to get the tubs installed. All that I have to do is radius the area where the axle sits. And rivit the tabs I left on the inside of tub. That will straighten them out a little. Then hammer the corners more smoothly.


I'll look around for some metal I can use for the axle radius holes. Should be ready for the liner soon.
