Rochester 1Barrel Carb

Well i got a new carb kit for my Rochester 1 barrel. After Cleaning the entire carb, and installing most of the new parts out of the kit, i noticed that my accelerator plunger is different. (seen in photo) Well all the kits i see online and in LMC and what not are just like the ones bought.. where can i get a accelerator plunger like the original one? With the round style shaft?

Re: Rochester 1Barrel Carb

I just rebuilt my rochester carb about 5 months ago and I think that I had the flat style plunger. Can you use your old plunger and just swap the worn part at the end. In your picture it looks like you could unscrew the end to remove the pink part.
