Thanks for all the info guys! I thought about it and I'm not one to back down from a challenge so I am going to go with the 22x14 wheels and I'll find some rubber or I'll have custom tires made! Just love those 22's with that huge lip!

Re: 20x12 rear wheels

Here is a pic of my 20x12 Billet Specialty Vintecs with 305/35/20's. Wish I would have narrowed my rearend for more offset, but too late. Hope this pic helps. I have a 4.5/4 drop by the way. Pics are with 3.5/4 drop.

Re: 20x12 rear wheels

For my truck i wanted 22/24. I contacted them but they said the biggest they make is 22x10. I may buy a set for my DD At some point though. Maybe a set of 20s or 20/22s. I love the Vintecs. Specifically the SLD89

You are wanting tire sizes that don't exist.
335/30-20's are the closest size, at more than $500 each for the cheapest.
http://tires.tirerack.com/tires/335%2030%2020

I would look at these:
http://www.jegs.com/i/Mickey-Thompso...d=#moreDetails

29" tall and 13" tread width.
But they still suggest a 13"-14" rim.
Great information!

What's the over/under on those Mickey Thompson's fitting in the rear with a 6" drop? With optimal backspacing on the wheel.

By my math:
Wheel Width/Tire Section Width
12" / 13.9"
13" / 14.3"
14" / 14.7"

Using the rule of for every 1/2" change in wheel width, the tire section width will change correspondingly 2/10".

Re: 20x12 rear wheels

FYI

I am running that MT on a 13" rim if it helps anyone. I have pics in my build thread.

Cheers
