Rim size and tire

ok I have a 1970 1/2 ton drum brake 6x5.5 lug stock width rear axle non tubed.

was looking at u.s. wheel for the rallies in size 15x10 4.25" back space and 275/60/15 tire.Has anybody run this with out issue of sticking out from underneath the truck. If anybody has pics of such please post so I can get a gander of what they look like. Thanks.

You might want to verify just what width rear end you have. 1970 was a transition year for the width of the 12 bolt. The early '70 12 bolts were 62" and the late '70 12 bolts were 63.5"

I ran 15x10 chrome modular wheels with 4" backspacing on my 69 short GMC with 275s all 4 corners. They didn't not stick out At all. I can't find the pic right now

Thank you for the info... If by chance u find the photo post it. I hate to spend money to find out I do not like it and sell them @50% cost.

Is it stepside or fleet? This makes a difference as the fleet is wider on the outside.
