I am actually a GM guy. My best truck ever was my 03 Duramax but with 110K and never having injector problems i thought it was time to let it go. When i bought the Dodge i drove a new Denali and the Dodge. Duramax/Allison was the better engine/trans combo but the body and interior were dated and fell short of the Dodge.

Re: Wanna see your old truck with your new truck

I've had a tendency to switch trucks fairly often, and I sold my '09 (the Ruby Metallic truck earlier this year. But, I've noticed a lot of other people have been selling off newer trucks and driving their older trucks. I also sold my Copper truck, the 1972 GMC, dressed like a '68 Chevy. Bought the '02 Duramax (white truck) as a replacement for my '09. Starting to put a little time in on the 1972 Chevy C-30 I found about a year ago! Aside from a few amenities in the newer truck, such as the XM radio and the nice interior, I really like the older trucks better. And, with a little work you can have the same nice interior, radio, and power accessories in an older truck!

For the first time in forever, not a single 67-72 Chevy truck, Blazer, or Suburban on the property! Basically retired and getting the new Motorhome ready for some traveling. Doing a bit of work on the house getting it ready to sell! LOL!!
