Had to get another crew cab...

my 88 chevy crew is still down ...Ive collected some nice pieces and it is painted but not back together yet....problem is that it will be too nice to drive.. the wife is not convinced but gave me green light to get this 1990. I will use for work occasionally in winter as my dd is 2wd and we will use it for camping and hunting, so when i get the 88 done it wont get thrashed

Re: Had to get another crew cab...

Looks good AntiGov! Any idea what the lift is? What size rubber on it? I just picked up a very minty 1990 CC in Montana, but it is at stock hight and has the 235's on it. I like the stance of your new one! Nice find!

That thing is wicked man! Besides mechanical stuff, I would just do some seat covers and maybe a pipe bumper. Nice score! How much did that set you back?

I think you did good even with the rust issues. Its hard to find srw crew 4x around here that hasn't been beat to death for 3700.

Re: Had to get another crew cab...

That was a score for that price. On the dual exhaust, what kind of setup are you running? Straights? Magnaflow? Are you gonna do anything to the exterior as far as looks?

appears to be 6" lift...tires are 255 85 r16......they are a bit small for size of lift @ 32" tall, but i kinda like the look...i need to get a tach installed to help determine if i go up in tire size or drop 2" in the lift....not sure yet prolly will leave it for a while tires are new...

Nice truck, was that grill/front end available for gmc only? I don't think I've seen that one before.
