Re: I think I found a Highlander on Ebay.

only way to know for sure is to see the SPID. It will either list the plaid seat option and/or list a special promo package a, b, or c if it was a package truck. IF this is a package truck, it would be a C because it has a/c.

So, to check off a few visual cues:
plaid seat, obviously is the big clue
parchment door panels
custom deluxe trim level
correct mirrors

If it is a package truck, it's likely a C, and it will also have tilt (i.e. includes a and b packages).

If it's not an original one - then someone went to a lot of trouble to put one together, with a less than common paint color/seat trim. But they are both green. Good lookin truck. But, again, only way to know for certain is to see the SPID. If you contact the seller, he should either post it or email it to you.

Re: I think I found a Highlander on Ebay.

It could be a Highlander trim or a Highlander package truck. Like jocko said the SPID would be the point of documentation. One thing to look into is the floor. It looks like a mat under the driver's floor mat. Highlanders came with carpet which was an upgrade from the Custom Deluxe the Highlander trim was based on. Finally the avocado plaid may not have been offered with the 518 med green paint on pickups. It was not on Suburbans nor Blazers. But I do not have a 72 pickup trim card (yet) to prove or disprove it. Of course it may have been a color overide truck too. The possible floor mat and the plaid color indicate it may have been a parchment Custom Deluxe that has been upgraded a bit.
