It has the rare Mexican transmission.
I like the Willys wagon but it's not on their website.

Re: Craigslist:1969 Chevrolet C/10 Short Bed

For $1000-$1200 if might actually be worth it just from what I can see on the surface. Things like the tailgate (as long as it's straight and somewhat solid) just misc trim stuff, etc. The SWB bare frame would sell for $400 alone. Like others have mentioned a true SWB truck in any condition is kinda getting hard to find. We have talked before but honestly, I think I see an opportunity for you to learn to weld (?) Know what I mean?

I really think you should consider it. Clean it up and even re-list it for $2 grand. HAve you seen the inner rockers, cab supports, floor section, etc. Is it REALLY rusty?

The clean title is half the battle sometimes..

Re: Craigslist:1969 Chevrolet C/10 Short Bed

Ok, .. so maybe not. That's why I asked if it's really rusty.. I can't see through the doors. I didn't know the floor was gone, likely corners, kick panels, cab supports, etc are gone too. From the pictures, it looks like it would be worth $1,000 or so but if it falls apart when you pull it up on the trailer then no.

Good luck with your search.

I might dare if the bed looks decent enough, did it look like it had any major rust back there?
