Trying to make sense of cab mounts

I think I am missing one the large round flat rubber spacers. Am I correct that the large thick rubber spacer fits between the cab and on top of the mount? The cone shaped fits on the bottom?

It is in the factory service manual as well in the "Body" section with detailed information.
