At least that one had a tie rod shaft on it. The one I bought from him, the PO had cut the smashed clip off with a gas wrench, and took the idler arm and tie rod shaft off too. What fun that was to load on a trailer. I discovered when I got it home that a piece of 1/2 inch conduit, with a "slight" kink in it slipped right over the tie rods, and clamped with vise grips gave me the ability to steer both tires together.
You are working too hard on all that stuff, Randy, wish I wasn't so far away to be a weekend helper.
