Wheel upgrade

I'm at a 75% chance of upgrading my wheels soon. I'm at stock stance with 6 bolt wheels. I'm not at the point where I can upgrade brakes, lowering and 5 bolt axles - so will need to stick with something like rallyes. Since I'm drum brakes all around, will the standard 4.5 offset I see on many of the wheels work? Since my stance is factory, should I go with 16 or 17 inch wheels? Right now I'm sitting on 18" Ultra chrome wheels with Proxies tires. I'm going to go with BF Goodrich radials when the time comes. The look I like is black wheels with the chrome beauty rings and chrome center caps..
