American TT or Steelies?
Well after 15 years with the Americans I did the switch to steelies. I know which ones I'm going to run. What say you all??

Steelies have 275x60s & 235x70s. American Racing TT have 255x70s.

I like both! the problem with steelies is finding a decent set of caps without paying an am and a leg. Are the torq thrusts up for sale?

Wow Lee!!!! I have to admit when I read the title of the thread I said, yeah right "TT hands down" BUT! now that I saw the pic, I started whistling a totally different tune ......"leave the steelies on!" and don't look back!

Hey Lee,
The steelies look really good on your truck. I am a huge fan of the TT's and would invite you to ship them up to Michigan if the price is right and you are going to sell. I would not mind steelies on my truck but not sure how they would look on the long bed. Another thought, would you consider painting the steelies body color (olive)??? I wonder how it would look with Ochre/White if the wheels were Ochre?? You did good. |
