Exclamation 67-72 throttle linkage bracket

I'm swapping to a vortec base motor 96-2000 or so in my 72 chevy c-10 and I'm curious what exact throttle/kickdown bracket ill need to be set up correctly it'll be a 350/th350 setup that I have now I'm just updating the motor and keeping stock cables.

I hear lokar is good but what exactly do I need?

Thank you

Re: 67-72 throttle linkage bracket

There very well could be other manufacturers of a throttle cable bracket, but this one is the only one I know of specifically for the Vortec heads/intake.

Re: 67-72 throttle linkage bracket

well now that would be perfect but how exactly does that hook up?

It's better to mount off the intake opposed to the the rear of the carb right?

Probably doesn't matter. Not much stress exerted by throttle/transmission cables to cause a problem.
