Digital gauge swap for original

Hey guys,
Looking for some help. Just bought a 65 fleet and it came with a dakota digital gauge cluster. I am swapping out for an original set and I looked back there behind the dash and there is nothing more to me than a whole mess of wires going into 2 hubs. I NEED help please!!! I have some time as I have not gotten the originals but she's my only transportation so I cannot afford to have her down for too long. If you have any info, help, pictures, tutorials, please contact me. Thanks in advance. Here is a pic of what it looks like.

Re: Digital gauge swap for original

What I would recommend is to get a good wiring diagram for your truck with original gauges. Then when you remove the dakota assy, note the wires going into the control box. They are all labled as to oil pressure, temp, volts, left & right turn indicator, high beam, etc.
Make sure when you get your new cluster, that you get the harness plug that connects to the cluster- someone here may sell you one from a donor if you don't have it. match up the wires and splice together. That way your new cluster will be removeable, like original with a factory plug in.

if you're interested in selling the Dakota Digital, I have a customer that would be interested.
